  • What do I need to use this app?

    This app lets you access your company’s scheduling information on the go. Your company must have Snap Schedule Premium software equipped with the Employee Remote Access (ERA) option. For more information, visit www.bmscentral.com.

  • Need your log in credentials?

    Contact your supervisor or your company’s administrator for Snap Schedule to obtain your company code, employee code and password to log in.

  • How do I log out of the app?

    For your security, the app automatically logs you out after about 10 minutes of inactivity. You can log out at any time using the Log Out button in the Settings menu or located at the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Is there a native app for iPhone?

    Yes. You can download the Snap Schedule iPhone app from the Apple App Store.

  • Why do I only see some of my time card data?

    Employees are allowed to see time card data for the current and one previous pay period.

  • Why don’t I see any shift assignments beyond a certain date?

    Because your company’s administrator may restrict how many pay periods employees are allowed to view their schedule.

  • Why are both Punch In and Punch Out buttons disabled?

    Your employer may limit how early and how late employees can punch in and out relative to the employees' shifts. During the time you are not allowed to punch in or out, both buttons are disabled.
